Trading my sketchpad in for a brush, I left my career as a  fashion designer  to become a decorative painter in 1996.  Specializing in murals, faux finishes, painted furniture, Tromp L’oeil and gilding, I transformed hundreds of private homes and commercial spaces in the Bergen County area, New York, Hoboken, and Connecticut.  Having outgrown working out of my home,  I moved full force into Ramsey, New Jersey, opening a home decor store, design studio, and silk floral shop. Certified as an interior decorator, I completed areas from conception to completion.  With the aid of a full staffed design firm consisting of painters, woodworkers, floral designers and salespeople, there is not a stone unturned.  In 2010 I moved to a larger location on Main Street in Ramsey to combine all the facets of the businesses into a one stop shop.  I have exceptional workrooms for custom window treatments, furniture reupholster, and our own custom furniture design line.  I carry all major brands of fabrics, furniture, florals and a unique antique jewelry line called Filligree by a local artist.
