Dream Town began in 1998 with a small office, espresso machine, and a new vision for Chicago real estate sales. What started with a dozen brokers is now a thriving brokerage with 400 brokers across five locations, serving all of Chicago and surrounding suburbs. Early on, we recognized that the internet represented a new frontier for the industry, and focused our energy on learning how buyers, sellers and investors would be making use of it in the future. Our insight paid off we launched our proprietary search, and became one of the first real estate websites with a massive following Knowing we were on the right track empowered us to keep thinking of new ways we could innovate within the internet real estate process. We developed proprietary software that gives brokers and their clients an edge in marketing real estate on and offline. We’ve always been ahead of market trends—we were the first real estate company ever to offer a real estate Groupon, introduced the city’s first 3D Matterport in-house division, and more. While having the horsepower of a large agency, we still provide our clients with a boutique experience unlike any other.
